The personal information collected is used to communicate with our claimants regarding Charis Disability operations and services such as:
- to gather information to assist in the development and documentation of the disability claim
- updates to keep our clients knowledgeable regarding activities or important dates regarding their claim with Charis Disability Advocates
- provide an opportunity for a client to directly chat with their assigned representative
Who This Information is Shared With
Your personal information is kept confidential, however, we may share your personal information with your treating sources and/or the Social Security Administration, as required to process the claim.
Our service providers must keep our claimant’s confidential information private and secure. They are not allowed to use/share private information for any purpose other than providing services on our behalf. The personal information may also be shared when required by law, or if we believe sharing is necessary to protect the safety, property, or rights of our claimants.
